In addition, to presenting the virtual learning processes and methods of evaluatingoutputs. This is done using the descriptive and analytical approach. The results of the study show that the virtual learning in the field of the Holy Quran evolves from the educational, social and multiple technical and ethical objectives. In addition, the virtual learning of the Holy Quran depends on many perspectives,such as the right of learning is guaranteed to all taking into account individual differences and gradual learning progress. Thus, the characteristics of virtual learning processes proposed for the Holy Qur'an are: easy to use, and graudaully start with preparation and planning and ends with evaluation and optimization.
