The support reactions also were given so as to be capable of providing accurate loads applied on the top of the support beams of the scuttle. The results of calculating and analyzing show that this kind of oval steel coal scuttle is of the better mechanical behaviors and can ensure its running reliably. Abstract

During the design of the second-phase extension project of a fuel electric plant in China, in order to meet the technological requirements, a typical oval steel coal scuttle with double funnels was proposed. This kind of scuttle has a complicated geometrical shape and is difficult to be designed and built. 双漏斗椭圆形钢煤斗的有限元分析及展开图自动生成
在中国某火力发电厂二期扩建工程设计中,为满足工艺要求,提出了一种典型的椭圆形双漏斗钢煤斗。这种舱口几何形状复杂,设计和建造难度大。为了评估该舱口的力学性能,利用ANSYS软件对其进行了三维有限元结构分析。具体地,在全舱满煤、一半舱满煤和另一半舱空两种载荷情况下,分别进行了线弹性静力分析、弹塑性分析和屈曲分析。还给出了支撑反力,以便能够提供施加在舱口支撑梁顶部的准确载荷。计算分析结果表明,这种椭圆形钢煤斗具有较好的力学性能,能够保证其可靠运行。此外,为了在下料和加工过程中方便制作,尽量减少钢板的损耗,在AutoCAD中使用visualc++语言在Object ARX下编写程序自动生成展开图。
