A new control loop is added to connect outer-loop with inner-loop. This control structure has less time delay and has less impact to system dynamics. So the PID parameters do not need to change. Abstract
Linear motor has good performance and be able to realize high precision positioning. But, due to no transmission, damping ratio of the linear motor is too small.
