The model of electromagnetic intervention based on probabilities is established successfully. The electromagnetic intervention effect to the UAV swarm control quality is discussed with analytical tools, such as algebraic graph theory, matrix theory, and control theory. The part of works put forward three corollaries and make some intervention strategies to the intervention side.
