This middleware composed on different medical sensors (tri-axial accelerometer, ECG and temperature) and healthcare application module In addition, to protect critical sensor data from unauthorized access has been considered one of the basic goal of this middleware which is achieved by implementing a PingPong-128 stream cipher algorithm in data communication from sensor devices to application modules. Abstract

Recent advancement in ubiquitous healthcare evolves to new challenges in ubiquitous communications.
