Abstract

This paper presents a quadrature voltage controlled oscillator (QVCO) based on the electric coupling of two identical LC voltage controlled oscillator in 0.35μm CMOS technology. The proposed design of QVCO accomplishes extensive tuning by using binary weighted switched varactor in addition to a linearly varying varactor.
