Abstract

In order to evaluate the carbon emission of energy producing provinces, to which, the interrelationships between energy and economical developing are more complicated, indexes are selected to structure the three primary subsystems and eight selected primary producing provinces are compared and contrasted under the admixture method of TOPSIS and entropy weight. Not only the results of each subsystem of social economy, energy production and environment are ordered and discussed but also the whole system, the development pattern of carbon emission, are analyzed. As a result, suggestions of industry and energy structure optimizing are given to reduce the carbon emission by updating and applying advantaged equipments and technologies.
