Abstract

Under the construction of the new-type power system, fully exploiting the adjustment potential of demand-side flexible resources and injecting vitality into the auxiliary service market is a key measure to achieve the energy strategic goal. This study mainly analyzes the key mechanisms for distributed energy resources to participate in the peak-regulation service market. First of all, the types and access conditions of distributed resources, the transaction varieties in the peak-regulation auxiliary service market in different provinces are summarized. Then, different transaction organization methods and key transaction mechanisms for distributed resources to participate in the peak-regulation service market are introduced. Finally, an outlook on the participation of distributed resources in the peak-regulation service market is provided.
