Path of the national unified exam reform in medical graduate entrance examination

Abstract

This article was actively response to the new requirement on career needs and practical capacity building among clinical medical professional master degree, especially in the background of medical education. The article firstly analyzed the necessity of the reformation of medical graduate entrance examination in China. Second is the main content and characteristics of the US MCAT reform. On the basis of above research, the article purposed the realistic pathway of the national unified exam remodeling in medical graduate entrance examination. Assessment objectives of exam organically linked with the training objectives of professional competence of doctors, refine the objectives of the competency test and in the test development practice emphasizes the concept of "case oriented, problem oriented" .
