These dimensions are processed by the fault tree analysis method to find the cause of the problem that can occur. The results of the analysis were discussed with IT Development and the results of the discussion obtained suggestions for improvement in the security section by shortening the automatic logout time on the system, providing initial passwords at random and imposing sanctions for users who give passwords to others which ultimately harm the company. Abstract

Periodic evaluations are useful for maintaining and providing feedback for the good of the company.
