Abstract

This paper shows that the maximal end-to-end bandwidth in a wireless multihop transmission is 1/2 of bandwidth of communication links and is 1/3 if there are no transmission power control. Then, we propose a method for extension of end-to-end bandwidth by successive reduction of wireless signal transmission power along a multihop message transmission route.
