General Objective: To investigate the contribution of information design to the visual presentations produced and used specifically by government managers of the Project Management Office - PMO, linked to the Secretariat for Strategic Management - SEGES, of the Secretariat for Planning, Management and Regional Development of the State of Pernambuco - Seplagdr, from January 2022 to December 2022, as a management tool for its portfolio. To achieve the general objective, the following specific objectives will be worked on: to study information design and its contribution to visual communication artifacts; to analyze the perception of managers working in the Project Management Office - PMO as to the contribution of information design in creative processes as management tools for the Office's presentations; to study project management in the public sector and public governance from the perspective of public administrative management; and to describe the Project Management Office - PMO of the Secretariat for Planning, Management and Regional Development of the State of Pernambuco - Seplagdr. The methodology adopted has a qualitative approach, with the use of bibliographic and documental research techniques, as well as the application of semi-structured forms with the employees of the Office. The method of approach is abductive; of procedure, comparative.
