The study was conducted using qualitative approach based on procedures for roadworthiness test according to Minister of Public Works Regulation No.  11/PRT/M/2010. Data from field test results and surveys are then processed  to  obtain  roadworthiness  categories  by  referring  to  six  technical  components,  namely  geometric, pavement structures, bridges, right of way, traffic management and road equipment. The Tambu-Tompe National Road section in Central Sulawesi was chosen as the case study. The results indicated that the segment is categorized as “Conditional” where the proportion of “Eligible” and “Conditional” is 44% and 56%. Abstract

道路安全的定义是:按照道路的技术要求和道路的条件,对道路要素进行物理实现,使道路不产生交通事故。道路符合技术要求的状况也被称为路适性。本文的目的是回顾道路适航试验的安全方面。本研究采用定性方法,依据第11/PRT/M/2010号公共工程部长条例进行道路适路性试验程序。然后对现场测试结果和调查的数据进行处理,根据几何、路面结构、桥梁、路权、交通管理和道路设备等六个技术组成部分,得出适合道路的类别。选择苏拉威西中部的坦布-托佩国道段作为案例研究。结果表明,该片段被归类为“有条件”,其中“合格”和“有条件”的比例分别为44%和56%。研究结果可为道路管理部门确定道路功能类别实现的优先级提供参考。关键词:耐路性,道路安全分析,道路物理检测,道路技术要求
