Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, understanding of laws and regulations, information technology, village apparatus competence on the performance of village apparatus in Tegal Regency. The results showed that organizational culture, understanding of laws and regulations, information technology had a positive effect on the competence of the apparatus.
