Abstract

Based on the key units of meteorological disaster prevention in Shanghai as a specific object, the research on lightning protection safety risk assessment method is carried out. By analyzing the attribute characteristics of key units of meteorological disaster prevention, combined with three important factors such as lightning risk factor, disaster bearing body exposure and disaster prevention ability, the lightning protection safety risk assessment index system and calculation model are established, The key meteorological disaster prevention units are quantitatively evaluated and the risk grade classification standard is formulated, so as to dynamically determine the lightning disaster risk grade of key units.
