The results showed that the practice of online buying and selling carried out by unzah students occurred in the first two ways the transaction mechanism which means the first step of the buyer to order goods and after that there is an online payment transaction also with several payment systems, among others by using bank transfer, credit card, paypal, e-wallet and can also be with the COD system. Online buying and selling carried out by online sellers Islamic Economic Perspective is in accordance with the transaction according to Islamic law, among others, the product/item sold must also be halal and quality, clarity of the status of the item is personal property or person, second hand and quality as well. Price compliance with the quality of the goods must also be guaranteed so that buyers do not feel disappointed. 本研究的目的是了解联萨特派团伊斯兰经济与商业学院的学生是如何进行网上买卖的,并从伊斯兰的角度了解网上买卖的做法。本研究采用个案研究法的定性描述研究方法。使用的数据来源是原始数据和辅助数据,采用观察、访谈和文档形式的数据收集技术。本研究采用数据分析的方法对数据进行缩减,然后对数据进行呈现并得出数据结论。结果表明,unzah学生进行网上买卖的做法发生在前两种方式的交易机制,即买方首先订购商品,然后进行网上支付交易,并使用几种支付系统,其中包括使用银行转账,信用卡,paypal,电子钱包,也可以使用货到付款系统。网上买卖由网上卖家按照伊斯兰经济的观点进行交易,其中,出售的产品/物品还必须是清真的和有质量的,清楚物品的身份是个人财产还是个人财产,二手货和质量也是如此。价格符合商品质量也必须保证,使买家不感到失望。网上买卖的诚信也应该被应用,特别是与双方之间的信任水平有关的问题。
