Several ergonomic methods, such as Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Strain Index (SI), and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), were chosen to evaluate the ergonomic situation and lean manufacturing tools such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and 7 wastes were also used to analyze the systems and increase the productivity by eliminating several wastes. The results of this study show that it is possible, and desirable, to consider both aspects, ergonomic conditions and productivity, during continuous improvement’ implementations. Abstract

Striving to improve productivity, industries have used different management approaches, being lean manufacturing the most used over recent years. 为了提高生产率,工业使用了不同的管理方法,近年来精益制造使用得最多。精益生产的基础是为顾客创造价值,消除生产过程中产生的浪费,同时改善工作条件。在工作站设计中结合人体工程学方面也有助于实现上述目标,因为它将减少工作期间的尴尬姿势或过度努力,从而改善工作条件并提高生产力。本研究通过对冶金工业四个生产领域的个案研究,强调采用综合业务管理办法提高生产力和人体工程学方面的好处。选择快速上肢评估(RULA)、应变指数(SI)和快速全身评估(REBA)等几种人体工程学方法对系统进行人体工程学状况评估,并使用价值流映射(VSM)和7种废物等精益制造工具对系统进行分析,通过消除几种废物来提高生产率。本研究的结果表明,在实施持续改进的过程中,考虑人体工程学条件和生产力这两个方面是可能的,也是可取的。事实上,通过人体工程学条件的进步所取得的进步可以为生产力的提高做出非常积极的贡献。
