The simulated result of the MLC-CLA algorithm shows a better Peak-Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) for a given sample video. Abstract

Video streaming over wireless network is challenging because of its quality of service (QOS) requirement. It needs to adapt with respect to the available bandwidth of network connection which is unpredictable in most occasions.
