Abstract
In this paper, the positive effects of Xi'an International Horticultural Expo in the city constructing field have been assessed quantitatively in two aspects. Firstly we use gray prediction model to quantitatively calculate the influence of Xi'an International Horticultural Expo to Xi'an's overall economy. We conclude that, with the approach of the Expo, its economic role is gradually promoted.
