The population in this study were all 271 Police Officers at Tanah Laut Resort Police, South Kalimantan Regional Police with a total sample of 74 respondents using simple random sampling technique. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment, strengthening supervision and zone of integrity have a significant simultaneous effect on the performance of Police Officers at Tanah Laut Resort Police, South Kalimantan Regional Police. Organizational commitment, strengthening of supervision and zone of integrity partially have a significant effect on the performance of the Police Officers at Tanah Laut Resort Police, South Kalimantan Regional Police, South Kalimantan.
