Combined with the distribution and typical characteristics of distribution network line fault in a city, the formation mechanism of line fault is analyzed, the mathematical model of fault early warning location discrimination is constructed, and the line fault early warning and location method of distribution network is developed. The results show that the distribution network line fault early warning positioning method can accurately identify the location of insulation hidden danger, the positioning accuracy is less than 20 meters, and the accuracy rate of insulation hidden danger early warning is more than 90%. Abstract

For improving the power supply reliability of distribution network and build a strong, intelligent and stable power supply network, a line fault early warning and location method suitable for medium voltage distribution network is proposed. Combined with the distribution and typical characteristics of distribution network line fault in a city, the formation mechanism of line fault is analyzed, the mathematical model of fault early warning location discrimination is constructed, and the line fault early warning and location method of distribution network is developed. 为提高配电网供电可靠性,建设强大、智能、稳定的供电网络,提出了一种适用于中压配电网的线路故障预警定位方法。结合某市配电网线路故障的分布及典型特征,分析了线路故障的形成机理,构建了线路故障预警定位判别的数学模型,提出了配电网线路故障预警定位方法。结果表明,配电网线路故障预警定位方法能准确识别绝缘隐患的位置,定位精度小于20米,绝缘隐患预警准确率大于90%。可有效降低配电网故障率,减少停电时间,提高效率,提高供电可靠性。
