R&D Project selection at NorthBancTec Inc.
NorthBancTec Inc. was a high-end boutique IT firm. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., NorthBancTec had three teams: in Georgetown (United States), in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), and in Novosibirsk (Russia).
