Methods : Data were collected using focus group interviews. Two focus group interviews were held with a total of 24 nurse administrators. All interviews were recorded and written verbatim. Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis. Results : Three dimensions and six subcategories were identified by analyzing contents. \nSubcategories of ‘active initiative’ and ‘self-awareness and self-management’ were identified in the intrapersonal dimension. ‘Communication’ and ‘consideration and cooperation’ were identified as subcategories in the interpersonal relationship dimension. Job-related dimension consisted of two subcategories : ‘responsibility’ and ‘work sensitivity’.
