Abstract

We have developed live cell autofluorescence imaging system with DUV-SPR. We measured the intensity reflectance of the laser beam in the Kretschmann configuration for P and S-polarized light, and confirmed that the SPR was excited by P-polarized light. The autofluorescence of living HeLa cells was imaged using the excited DUV-SPR.
