Abstract

The main features of development of powerful multifunctional unified inverter module are considered. Its modular design allows to create modern energy storage systems of different power which increase the efficiency of the use of dispersed sources of generation interconnected to Integrated Power Systems of Ukraine which is provided by the concept of “Smart Grid & Energy Storage”. The results of modeling and experimental tests of a 300 kW power module based on bi-directional converters are presented.
