Abstract

Communication infrastructure is vital for the activities in an area. However, off-grid is still common in many rural areas, which results in a significant gap from the outside of the area. To provide home care and emergency call functions, we propose a scalable wireless signal transmission architecture based on AIoT and Edge Computing, featuring low power consumption, long distance, and low transmission volume, which are applied to off-grid infrastructure lacking area.
