Abstract

– The concept of hosting capacity (HC) is becoming more widespread, as it is a comprehensive approach that allows understanding the impacts of distributed energy resources into the distribution system. Several methods for calculating HC have been developed in recent years and are classified into deterministic, stochastic and time series, each with its respective pros and cons.
