Abstract

Automotive Rear Bridge is one of the key components, 20% of the accident was caused by a driving Rear Bridge, so it is necessary to inspect it strictly before Rear Bridge leave factory and in the process of running. In this paper, the vibration diagnosis method is adopted to realize quality inspection of Rear Bridge. 基于小波包能量法的汽车后桥振动特征提取
汽车后桥是汽车的关键部件之一,20%的事故是由车辆行驶时的后桥引起的,因此在后桥出厂前和运行过程中对其进行严格的检查是必要的。本文采用振动诊断的方法,实现了后桥的质量检测。提取正确反映后桥运行状态的特征参数关系到产品检测和可靠性检测的实现,本文采用小波包能量法提取后桥质量特征参数,以其确定的欧氏距离作为后桥质量检测阈值,若参数值在阈值允许范围内远为合格产品;该方法可实现自动检测,更适合现代化生产的需要。
