Abstract
In this paper, we first derive a new phase-error function for designing all-pass phase-correction-system (PCS) that is needed in digital communication systems and other signal-processing systems. Based on the new phase-error function, we propose a linearized optimization scheme for linearizing the non-linear optimization problem as a successively linearized optimization problem.
