Teachers' Training Based on MOOC

Abstract

According to some shortcomings of general teachers' training module, such as less chance, inefficiency, theory-practice gap and the short duration, we develop the teachers' training module based on MOOC. With MOOC, the learning environment can go to the field site, to the laboratory and beyond. The module provides opportunities to support learning and performance both inside and outside the classroom, which provides a reference for the education of trainers.
