This research is qualitative by using a descriptive research methodology.Primary data is collected through face-to-face in-depth interviews and case studies. Fifteen respondents are selected through the snowball sampling technique. The research explained how they get taunted or discriminated against by the general public. A few respondents expressed their views about how they are treated in their working area and how they get paid less than other workers at the same place.
