Abstract
This contribution relates the subjective measurement of audio-visual television quality. There is a need to evaluate the overall continuous quality in audio-visual sequences. The question is to assess the part of audio and video quality and their possible mutual influence. This paper gives the results of a subjective test programme that investigates the interaction between the audio quality and the video quality.
