Abstract

This paper analyzes the moral challenges of battlefield robots and the safety risks of robots being destroyed or controlled. This paper suggests that a moral module should be added to the combat or killing of battlefield robots, and a moral framework based on the law of war and the rules of war is designed. The moral framework mainly consists of three kinds of control procedures, namely entity judgment, personnel judgement and behavior judgment, which enhances the moral control of battlefield robots.
