The effectiveness of this pedagogical condition has been theoretically and experimentally proved. Abstract
The features of the development of teachers’ innovative pedagogical thinking in different kinds of the professional activity have been analyzed in the article. In the process of scientific search . general scientific (analysis, comparison, generalization) methods have been used to determine the effective pedagogical conditions for the preparation of teachers of economic disciplines to use modern pedagogical technologies: observation, questioning, talks, discussions, debates, "brainstorming", "pedagogical consultation" with teachers and students ’ parents in order to test such pedagogical condition as the development of innovative pedagogical thinking of teachers in different kinds of the professional activity.
