Abstract
A large number of electric drives, used in the mechanisms of communal appointment, have stochastic dynamic loads that prevent the implementation of energy-efficient operating modes which are widely used in electric drives at static load torques. Unlike electric drives operating under deterministic perturbations, the optimizing methods of such electric drives are based not on differential but on stochastic equations that determine the connection between electric drive coordinates and disturbances statistical characteristics. The efficiency of such electric drives can be increased by creating closed-loop control systems with optimal statistical parameters. In the case when the electric drive is the actuator of the external technological process control system, the internal contour of the electric drive closed loop control system is a tracking system with time-varying task signal. A method for a digital PID controller synthesis of tracking electric drive was developed, where a velocity constant is used as an optimizing parameter. This parameter allows minimizing settling time at the linear task signal and the tracking error.
