Abstract

As the health status of aeroplane structural components has direct influence on the flight safety, it is important to monitor the health status of structural components timely. In this paper, acoustic emission technology is used to monitor the health status of the aeroplane structural component. 基于k均值聚类的飞机结构件健康监测
飞机结构构件的健康状况直接影响到飞机的飞行安全,因此及时监测结构构件的健康状况十分重要。本文采用声发射技术对飞机结构构件的健康状态进行监测。对飞机结构部件的声发射健康信息进行了分析和处理。设计了基于规则和前向链控制策略的故障推理引擎。采用k均值聚类分析算法对飞机结构构件的健康状态进行监测。实验表明,该方法对飞机结构部件的状态监测具有良好的性能。提出了一种有效的飞机结构部件健康监测方法,也可直接应用于机械设备的其他结构系统。
