Abstract
We have developed LSI for the voice speed converting system that adopts newly developed TASCOTY(Time-lag Adaptive Voice Speed Control Technology) algorithm. This LSI can convert the double speed playback sound of VCR into a natural voice with the normal speed without changing the pitches.
