There are five journals electronic databases selected as references, such as, Science Direct, IEEE, Google Scholar, JSTOR, and Springer Link This study obtained 21 final articles that were synthesized to answer research questions. The ontology-based DSS delivers a deeper analysis of the decision situation and suggests a new methodology which can affords accurate results of calculation. Abstract

Decision Support System (DSS) is a support tool in helping users to provide suggestions of decisions when the information is disorganized and has a complex problem. 决策支持系统的本体:焦点与技术的研究
