Abstract

When conductor is charged, 120 Hz vibration is generated by the Coulomb force or electromagnetic force. In this paper, we show that continuous-wave (CW) radar can detect the presence or absence of electric charge on a conductor. In order to further improve the convenience of this method, we propose a system that collates the position information of the conductor detected by the radar with a camera image and displays the presence or absence of charge on the camera image.
