Combining hydralazine and pindolol caused an additional fall in blood pressure (2 p less than 0.001) and the pulse rate decreased (2 p less than 0.001). Abstract
Thirty patients suffering from essential hypertension were treated successively with placebo, hydralazine alone, and pindolol (Viskén) combined with hydralazine. As compared to placebo hydralazine brought about a statistically significant reduction in blood pressure and an increase in pulse rate; palpitation was an irritating side-effect. 对30例原发性高血压患者分别采用安慰剂、单药肼、品多洛尔(visksamuin)联合肼治疗。与安慰剂相比，海拉嗪能显著降低血压，增加脉搏率;心悸是一种令人恼火的副作用。联合使用肼嗪和品多洛可使血压进一步下降(2 p < 0.001)，脉搏率下降(2 p < 0.001)。联合用药对心悸、心绞痛也有较好的治疗效果。
