Abstract

An analytical technique is developed and applied to calculate and interpret the nonreciprocal transmission characteristics of a circular guide, containing passive semiconductor magneto-plasma. Possible applications of the structure for construction of practical nonreciprocal control devices for millimeter wavelengths are discussed.
