Abstract
The Burabay lakes are of great recreational importance and play a leading role in the development of tourism in Kazakhstan. In recent decades, there has been a trend of drying up of lakes, so regular observations of the hydrological regime of lakes is an urgent task. The article presents the results of observations at hydrological posts established on the largest lakes of the national park. There is a widespread decrease in water levels in the lakes, depending on the amount of precipitation and air temperature.
