Abstract

In this paper, the author presents micro-plate grasping work using a re-sized lab automation drone in high throughput system. Here, a robotic arm is affixed to a rotorcraft. The arm's gripper allows the unmanned aerial vehicle to dexterously manipulate objects such as micro-arrays and test samples often used in high throughput systems (HTS).
