Abstract
The problem considered at the level of the text is one of the topical areas of linguistics. In this article, based on the theoretical positions of scientists re-garding the text, the most common lexical means from the point of view of its connecting function is considered on the example of the Mongolian and Russian languages, their similarities and differences are revealed.
