On the basis of the decision tree model, the key nodes are pruned, and then the validity parameters are combined to complete the collection and analysis of enterprise electronic contract risk data. According to the distribution characteristics of risk factors, the performance reliability conditions are improved. The prediction of electronic contract performance risk is realized by solving the value range of prediction parameters. Abstract

In the internet environment, an electronic contract is a necessary transaction condition for business cooperation between enterprises. To avoid the risk factors in enterprise electronic contracts and promote the smooth progress of business cooperation, this paper researches the prediction method of enterprise electronic contract performance risk based on the decision tree model. 基于决策树模型的电子合同履约风险预测方法
在互联网环境下,电子合同是企业之间进行商业合作的必要交易条件。为了规避企业电子合同中的风险因素,促进商务合作的顺利进行,本文研究了基于决策树模型的企业电子合同履约风险预测方法。在决策树模型的基础上,对关键节点进行剪枝,进而结合有效性参数,完成企业电子合同风险数据的采集与分析。根据风险因素的分布特点,改进了性能可靠性条件。通过求解预测参数的取值范围,实现对电子合同履约风险的预测。实验结果表明,在决策树模型下,电子合同履行过程中风险向量提取的最高准确率达到97.5%,在规避风险因素、促进企业间业务合作方面具有突出的应用价值。
