Abstract

This article describes the device and control program for automated recognition of authenticity of banknotes. A technique for pre-processing the image of banknotes for improving the quality of recognition is presented. The analysis of the use of anisotropic filtration in recognition of the authenticity of banknotes has been carried out. The results of experimental studies are given.
