Abstract
Femoro-patellar complications after TKA despite improvements in implant designs and surgical technique remain an
unsolved problem. Among these complications is lateral femoro-patellar impingement, being the reason for surgical
revision in 0.33%. The objective of this work is to present a clinical case of femoro-patellar impingement after total knee
replacement, treated by facectomy arthroscopic lateral.
