Abstract

The paper investigates the effect of the slot made on the radiating plane (top) and ground plane individually and their effect when made on both the surfaces on the antenna performance. The paper further investigates effect of the slot on gain, frequency and radiation pattern made at different angles more specifically at angles of 0°,45° and 90° to the antenna feed line. The antenna has been designed using advanced system design (ADS).
