Abstract

The measurements of be am size, divergence angle and beam quality depend on accurate assessment of intensity distribution. In this paper, we utilize image projection method to get intensity distribution of lasers. Lasers with different divergence angles (VCSEL, 24degrees/He-Ne laser, 0.057degrees) are used to be two different cases with respect to large and small divergence angles.
