By measuring the scale of renewable energy excess consumption, we can get the scale of renewable energy excess consumption of each subject in the province. Then, aiming at the optimal benefit of market participants and combining with network constraints, a two-level optimization model of inter-provincial transaction-inter-provincial transactions is constructed. The construction of this model gives priority to ensuring that the main body of each province and region completes the weight target of absorbing responsibility, and at the same time provides a market-oriented incentive mechanism for the regions with stronger absorbing capacity, which promotes the preferential use of new energy in a wider range from the mechanism. Abstract

Considering the marketization of renewable energy trading and the timing of excess consumption trading, this paper constructs a two-tier optimization model mechanism of renewable energy excess consumption trading. By measuring the scale of renewable energy excess consumption, we can get the scale of renewable energy excess consumption of each subject in the province. Then, aiming at the optimal benefit of market participants and combining with network constraints, a two-level optimization model of inter-provincial transaction-inter-provincial transactions is constructed.
